✔ Fouling is not just unpleasant—it impacts public health
✔ Leaving dogs in hot weather or cars can be fatal Neglect is preventable—and reportable. ✔ Provide food, water, shade, and care
✔ Seek help early if struggling to cope
✔ Protect your pet as you would any family member
